Refund policy

At Neesa, we want you to love every piece you buy from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.



✅ Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

With original tags attached

In the same condition that you received it

Certain items like sale items, accessories, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns.



💳 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.



🔄 Exchanges

We currently allow size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund.



📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.



⚠️ Exceptions

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted.

Please make sure you double-check the size and product details before placing your order.
